VS X4 QuickTracks Not Working

I'm running VS X4 on Win7 Home Premium 64-bit. The Quicktracks feature does not seem to work. In the Auto Music panel only Scope and Filter and SmartSound Quicktracks are highlighted. Set Mood, Play Selected Music, Add to Timeline and Auto Trim are grayed out. No matter what I select in Scope/Filter, nothing changes. Selecting SmartSound Quicktracks I get pop-up for V5.
in Internet tab both boxes are checked; on Folders tab sound file is c:\Program Data\SmartSound Software Inc\ and browsing the folder shows sub-folders. Albums tab shows Online Purchases Yes; About tab shows the Rebuild Database tab. But even after rebuilding data base, nothing changes in the Auto Music panel. The audio and music1 tracks are empty.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

You may want to reinstall SmartSounds, just go to CONTROL PANEL > Programs and Features > then remove SMARTSOUND COMMON DATA and QuickTrack5.

After removing the 2 program, you can reinstall the program by exploring the disc installer of VS X4 and go to the folder "Setup\RunTime\Quicktracks5Installer" then double click on the SETUP file. Just follow the steps that you will see on the screen. IT WORKED. I have the box version. The first time I tried QuickTracks all I got was some of the icons. Followed your instructions and when I clicked on the Quicktracks icon I got a panel to install the various tracks. Now it works as advertised, Thanks.
