AACS Key Update

I've been trying to get my blu-ray player to work for a while now, and I can't figure it out. Right now, I'm on the AACS key update page. http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index. ... toreKey=us

I'm on step three right now, but I don't know where to go from there. If I have to register my product first, then that raises another problem, as I can't find the serial number either. The program came with my laptop when I bought it, and when I look at the about page, I can't find it there. Any help would be wonderful.
