i'm from croatia! i have a problem with the shoping ONLINE.. when i choose what i want to buy, and then press chekout - it brings me an error (site temparily unavailaibile..) i report it to corel staff - and now it passed more than 48h and my topic expired... ;( what is hapening with corel? i thought that corel is a serious firm that care's about her customers... ;( here in croatia - one volume of COREL DRAW cost nearly 800€... and we as a firm - we need to be careful with every penny.. so i wanted to buy it online.. but i cant.. AND i need this program.. but no one whants to help me...

can you help me?

i wwanted to buy a corel with special offer - but tonight is too late.. ;( what is going on?

I have allowed your post but I am not at all sure that we can help you - as you can see at the top of this forum this is a User to User forum - that means that we are all users posting voluntary to try and help each other.

This is not an official way of contacting Corel and I am afraid you will have to continue trying to contact Corel customer support.

but as I say I have allowed your post just in case somebody from Corel sees it and can help or maybe someone else from Croatia knows a way to solve the problem

The problem that I can see is that you are ordering from the Corel US web site and not the Corel Europe. You can visit http://www.corel.com/corel/?storeKey=eu for the rest of Europe page of the Corel Store. You may also want to call our the Corel Europe Office, you can try and reach them at +44 1628 581601

i tried at any country.... (even CANADA)... with every country is the same... i received 2x times mail with discount of 10% but when i write it down it said that cuopon has expired.. it doesent work.. i tried at 8 diferent PC-s... on 3 diferent locations (internet providers).... NOTHING WORKS FOR ME.... ;(
