serial number for Aftershot Pro

Hi all.
I hope i'm not wrong to ask this,could you please help me,i've lost my serial number for Aftershot Pro.

If you have checked your emails and the bin and indeed have lost it, then only Corel can help you. If you have installed the program and managed to register it, then your account on the corel.com webesite should show your registered products together with their serial numbers.

Hi Ken
Thank you for for your reply,i was to late to register my sofware by Corel,just the day I've received the mail with the serial number and I unlock the software i save the mail to the HD,the next day my computer crashed and i've lost it,I've been looking at Corel's web site,but i looked everywhere to find help,i can get my way in there,but i will try it again.

If you lost the serial number for your AfterShot Pro, there are a number of ways to retrieve or locate the serial number. If you bought the product directly from Corel and it's a download version, then you can login to your Corel.com account in order to locate the serial number from the "Your Order Status & History" section. You will need to open the order number of the Aftershot Pro that you bought.

have you tried just reading your mail on your server again?
unless you have set your server to immediately really delete every mail that you download it is still there.
