You may want to disable the Message preferences from the Corel GUIDE or Help menu (depending on the version of your VS). Then delete the Messages folder from "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Corel"

Hi

Have you registered the program on the Corel we site, the program and serial number will show on your account.
I know some pop-ups do nag you to register, once done the Upgrade window may stop.

Just a thought, you may have registered anyway?

Hi
I have no idea as to why you should be still receiving these messages, so just a few thoughts.....

Did you delete the message folder mentioned by Abiel Corel NA in his earlier post. ( Wed Jan 18 )

Are you having any other problems with access to the "Help and product info" Corel Guides
Are you able to access the downloads/web via the Home, Learn, Do More and Messages tabs.

Are you running the program as administrator?
