I can't load my MOV files from my Drift camera. I get the "file format mismatch" .
is there a patch for VS 11?
Can't find anything on the website

I suspect you will find that VS11 only works with the version of Quicktime which came with it, and I can't for the life of me recall which one that was. You probably in the meantime have updated Quicktime a few times, especially if you have an iPod and use iTunes, which insists on the latest version of Quicktime. This puts you in a bind since if you reinstall the old version, iTunes will no longer work. So you would have to find some sort of conversion program to convert the .mov files to some other format which VS will accept. There is a freeware conversion program called SUPER which you can Google for...

I notice kiter that you are now running Windows 7 - it is very surprising that anything at all works in VS11 on W7, It really is time for a software upgrade - we are now using X4 (version 14) - if you upgrade your Windows operating system you must consider upgrading the software programmes you are using - especially since the output from cameras has also changed quite a lot since the days of VS11.
