Link audio track to video track VS X4

Hey, I see that you can split the audio from the video. Can you do the reverse and link the audio back into the video say after you split, cut and mute an off camera scream? It would just make it easier to add clips before the edited one, although it's not all that hard to sync things up.

You could just create a new video file from the project that you cut sound from and then just use the new file from then on - choose 'same as project settings' or 'same as first video clip' to maintain quality in the new file.

Thanks, that does work, although a little clunky since I didn't have this in mind at the beginning. It will be much easier the next time.
