I have noticed that ASP is taking a very long time for Scheduled Cache Cleaning when opening. I timed that process at 1:45, according to the prompt in the opening credits window. The other processes shown in that window flew by in another 15 seconds before the application opened. I then shut down ASP and repeated these steps another three times, getting the same approximate length of time for Scheduled Cache Cleaning.
This suggests to me that cache cleaning is not actually happening. Is this expected behavior, or is it a bug.

Re: Scheduled Cache Cleaning
Might be expected depending the cache size, location and cache cleaning parameters.
