shape region selection does not work

I've just installed ASP on Linux, Mint 11 64 bit.

First thing I noticed that shape region selection tools does not work (greyed out). Does a trial version have limited set of features?

Any one can confirm this functionality works on their Linux ASP version?

I used them yesterday ... and they worked.
The only strange thing I have to investigate is that their effect gets lost if the region is tiny/small/thin and you choose a big feather ... but have to look closer to it and will create a separate thread if I can reproduce.

Jumped to early, yes... it does work after adding a layer that took me couple attempts to find out where add-layer button is

Thanks for letting us know that the problem was resolved.

It's not the most intuitive interface. Also keep in mind (unless something changed in ASP) that there are two kinds of layers, normal ones and healing ones. Even with the clunkiness, I'll deal with it since no other RAW converter even has the option.
