No Preview during Video Capture

Hi,

Pc is running Windows 7 and I have Videostudio X2 and the just purchased X4 Pro installed.

Everything running smoothly with X4 Pro and whilst capturing video from my Canon HDV30 I was able to see the video in the preview window OK.

X4Pro crashed yesterday whilst I was swapping mini tapes between HD and DV, the app seemed to get in a mess. Since then I am unable to see the video in preview window whilst capturing.

Obviously rebooted and disconnected/connected everything.

In X4 Pro
I can select Canon HDV30 or Microsoft LiveCam for the Source and can control/capture video no problem but no video in the preview window.

If I run up X2 and select Canon HDV30 or Microsoft LiveCam for the Source I can see the camera output in the preview window during capture so clearly no problem with the cameras.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?

Perhaps there are some tmp cached settings I can remove or something
