I believe that egon14 is referring to the manner in which the onscreen labels follow each object that is handled by the craftsman, (hence "Intelligent Labels"), beginning around the 1:05 mark. I must admit that the effect is quite cool.
The videographer has provided an answer to that same query:
"I used Adobe Premiere but it was not a special feature. I just moved the caption around as the object moved on the video. What Premiere does that it automatically moves the caption between these set? position (key frames) so movement appears continuous. But I am assuming it would work similarly in other editors as well which supports key frames for captions. "
