New odd PSP X4 behavior

Post by SJS »

Since upgrading to PSP X4 I see more than I want to of a particular small gif image: it unexpectedly pops up in my edit space!

Today it opened twice after I closed my Print Layout view (and I restarted PSP in between these 2 occurrences).

It is a small gif image in my Pictures folder, created & last modified Nov. 30.

Also getting a lot of flashing/poor screen redrawing going into print layout view: visually difficult to look at until it stops!

Windows 7 Home 64bit, PSP X4.

PSP tends to open the currently selected image in the organizer when switching modes (including closing Print Layout) because the organizer is now available in all modes it auto-opens. I agree it's annoying.

@SJS

This has been reported last week and is already going to be escalated by a colleague of mine.
I work for the Corel UK Support. I will not give technical support through this forum and my answer is only related to this thread.
