I try to print and get a blank page except the message "Unsupported Personality: PCL. The printer is an HP 1012 which my computer sees as an HP Laserjet 3055 PCL%. Does anyone know a workaround for this? Thank you.

Try updating your printer driver. If that did not work, I'd contact HP, since your computer sees it as another model of HP Printer.
