Right now, I have to manually navigate to /media/faber/disk/DCIM/101OLYMP. If I would introduce my mother to ASP, she would have no idea where to look for her
photos.
Define a hard coded queue that just copies the files...
I personally never ever look at the CF card.
a) To be able to manage the feathers with the mouse and independtly for each point (this would be extremely helpfun when doing some cloning layers)
b) To have the option to see the (after / before) (the after should deactivate all enabled plugins)
while I agree that some finer control over feathering could be handy, I think your b is already possible - if you use the version functionality to create a new version before your first edit - or after your camera defaults have been applied; then you should be able to have both versions on screen at the same time thanks to the multiview facility. But I expect afx knows an even less laborious way of doing this.

Thanks for your comment, I do this, the thing is. What you are saying it's a workaround and I'd like a feature, a very silly one by the way
Don't you get nearly exactly that with Soft-proofing turned on?
Hi Dutchmm
No i don't think so. Soft-proofing concerns mainly the color space... i guess. While i'm talking about a preview of the effect of "output sharpenning" in the "post processing settings" in a window output. This sharpening is done to correct output resizing... i think
I would like to see support for Hasselblad cameras added along with support for PSP .pspimage files.
Without both, even though I have decided to use PSPX6 for any heavier editing requirements on my images, ASP offers a worse workflow for preprocessing images to get them to PSP than 3rd party products due to not being able to handle my raw format and is no better for handling finished images due to not supporting .pspimage files.
I know others have said it but I wanted to add my 2 cents worth. Linux users really appreciate the fact the product support our platform. Corel really has the market cornered here and although it is a small market it is a growing market. With company's like Valve now supporting linux via their Steam gaming platform there are fewer and fewer applications that are forcing users to hold on to their windows desktops. I hope Corel see this the same way that I and many others do and continue supporting linux. ASP certainly flies along quite nicely on my Core i5 laptop and the support for the Ricoh GR is also very nice!
I would like to see some of the plugins included by default though. I think this can scare new users off during the trial period as they are under the impression the application is missing a lot of what are now considered standard featuers. And I know some users here will cringe but I would like to see a plugin for exporting to sites like Flickr and the like.....
Pentax K50. You might learn something from the Corel Sister Programs.....Photo Paint x6...and......Paint Shop Pro x5. BOTH open the K50 dng files, ASP doesn't.
Ya need to get your act together.
When adjusting the size and feathering sliders ... it would be sensible to redisplay the corresponding adjustment layer (circles, polygons etc). so we would know exactly what the sliders are doing instead of having to guess as at present.
Better still would be to able to adjust the size and feathering on the image itself, using the mouse -- and in the case of polygon feathering, it ought to be possible to drag nodes for the feathering extent, same as you can with the actual polygon, so that the feathering no longer needs to be uniform in all directions.
