PSP X4 Auto Save Not Working

Good Evening..

I posted this problem a few days ago, but I fear it may have been in the wrong place.

In earlier versions I was given the option of enabling the Auto Save feature, and choosing the time intervals between saves. I chose every 2 minutes. If it crashed or was shut down in a reboot, the images on which I was working were recovered with their layers intact. Nothing was lost. I do not have that option in Version X4.



Nothing is ever saved with Version X4

I am likely missing something embarrassingly simple and I would love to know what it is.

It's not you, it is Corel at fault.
They stole the AutoSave feature to use for Adjust Mode and left Edit Mode without.
They have promised to restore it in PSP X5.

What should you do to run self-preservation with pspx4, I tried it on folder options and checked show hidden folders as recommended in the post above, but does not display the folder.

IN PSP X5?? Why not consider a patch to deal with it in THIS version? Whatever were they thinking? This feature is absolutely essential!

In the meantime, does Corel have an e-mail where their users and customers can communicate?
