VSPX4 Ultimate: Corel Guide Script Error

I'm having difficulties with the Learn tab items in Corel Guide. Sometimes the videos load but most of the time they return a Script Error. At any time some might load but others don't - returning the script error screen. But it is not the same ones each time - ones that loaded once may not load the next time.

Any ideas? Any cures?

PS: I've tried looking for the videos directly in the Vimeo Channel but couldn't easily find them. Is there a way to identify the Vimeo video from the URL section of the Script Error?

Great - thanks for the link I'll be able to go straight to them. Probably better as Corel Guide steals focus so I can't get back to the application unless I close it first.

You may want to update your Java, since the script message that you are getting is pertaining to Java. You should see the Java icon from the Windows Control Panel, just double-click the Java icon then on the JAVA CONTROL PANEL, click on the UPDATE Tab then click UPDATE NOW. This will then check if you really need to download the update or not.

No, Java was up to date. The inconsistency makes me wonder if there is a timeout issue (I'm on a slow broadband in the UK).

Out of interest I downloaded the Java offline versions for both 32bit and 64bit. Installed both and the script errors look to have disappeared (hope I didn't just jinx it!).
