Lost back up of PS2

I recently rebooted our PC, knowing I had PS2 backed up on a CD. After wiping our HD, I have discovered that the CD is blank. I used it the last time we rebooted, so it has since become unstable and I've lost it. Will Ulead allow me to download the program again, or do I have to purchase it again? Can I upgrade if the software is not installed on my PC? I believe I bought it in 2003, but it may have been 2004.

You probably should contact Ulead customer service about that.

Thanks AnimeChick, I already did. I just need to send them a copy of my e-receipt and they'll allow me to download it again.
