Acitvation??

I've got windvd PRO 2010 installation file on my backup drive. Just did windows reinstallation on my pc. Installed WinDvD from that file.
It asked for "keypatch" or something like that to be downloaded and applied. I did so, and then the program asked me for activation online, otherwise I'd have 30days license.
I clicked - activate.
Then it said, something like " number of available activations online is exceded".
There was no such thing before? What that might be and how to deal with this?
