just talk about can't open the videotudio's problem
when I opened it yesterday,it show that error when it is finished to open...
after that I tried to remove and download again and also like that...and now...WT_
can everyone help~I just download when I miss something to download

Oh shikari we really do need a little bit more information in order to be able to help you - what are you trying to download - is it the trial version ?
you say you received an error - what did the error message say ? that's very important to be able to help you.
Your profile says you have 36GB of RAM - that's not right is it - do you mean you only have 36GB of Hard Drive space ? -that's not good.
You say you tried to remove the first download - how? did you do a proper and full removal as given in the knowledge base - or did you just delete some bits ?
