Audio playback missing on some sequences

I have used VideoStudio 11 happily for some time now but when I recently captured a HDV video in the DV format I found that the audio in some of the sequences plays back normally BUT some does not play back at all or only at a very very low level. The audio on the original tape is fine and I can see the audio waveform on the sequences that don't play back. HELP PLEASE!!

VS 11 may be having a problem handling the HDV files, specially if you have an old system. You may want to enable the smartproxy on your VS 11 or try VS X4 which handles HDV far better than VS 11 with Smartproxy enabled of course.
