VSX4 Installation problem: system cannot locate License.htm

I tried to install the boxed VSX4 today but everytime I tried the installation, at the initialization stage a dialog box popped up which reads that the system cannot locate the file "G:\Lang\CT\Custom\License.htm" and I cannot proceed. Does anyone encounter this before? What should I do?

First, I assume that G:\ is the drive in which you have the installation disc...? If so, have you actually looked at the designated directory in that error message to see whether or not that file is on the disk? If it isn't, then you somehow have a defective disk and you would need to contact Corel Sales or Customer Service to get a replacement.

Otherwise, if you copy all of the contents of the disk to your hard drive, and run the installation from there, sometimes this works.
