Sub Menus are not saved in VSPX4

Some crash issues were associated with the Quick Time version installed on the pc, a recommendation to install an earlier version seems to have cured the issue. However knowing the video properties would be useful.

2 / I did not realise that the help files are not included with the trial version.

3 / Sub Menu
Chapter points and retaining the names has been a problem in the past, but a recent service patch for X4 seems to have cured some problems.

You should create the chapter points after Share Create Disc.—Add edit Chapters
After leaving the module by Close, save the project again, this should preserve the menu details.

However you are using the trial version and it may not save the Sub-Menu /Chapter point names as the service pack is required.
I am unsure if you can apply these patches to the trial , but worth a try, SP1 first……

I did a search of the knowledge base without sucess, must save these useful links.
