What DVD format do I use for rendering the Digital video in VSProX4?
That depends. If you are making a standard definition DVD, the format has to be -- by international standard -- mpeg-2; 720 x 480 (NTSC) or 576 (PAL).

If you are making a hybrid disc -- high def Blu-Ray structure but on a standard DVD -- then you would use the original video from your keychain cam, which is already AVCHD and thus Blu-Ray compatible. Note that such discs can only play back on a rated Blu-Ray player.
