WinDVD BD crashes after fixing AACS error.
I don't really know where to begin with my problems with WinDVD 2010. I was watching Blu Ray discs just fine the other day. I rented Apollo 18 (Blu Ray) and tried to watch it and I got the AACS error. So I spent an hour or so trying to fix that, which I finally did. But now when I try to watch Blu Ray discs (even the ones that ran fine before) WinDVD will stop responding, and Windows has to close the program. I wasn't sure if this was just with Blu Rays so I tried a regular DVD, and it does the same thing. I looked around some more to try an fix this new problem, but I did not have much luck. I installed both updates for WinDVD for my computer (Sony VAIO VPCEE45FX) found here. The first is the one that fixed my problem with the AACS error. I had hopped the second would have fixed the problem with it crashing now, but no luck.
I'm at the end of my rope with this, can anyone please help me fix this?

I would suggest that you reinstall the WinDVD, if its pre-installed with your Sony vaio, I would suggest that you contact Sony Support on how to reinstall the preinstalled WinDVD. But if you have the installer that came with the system restore disc, then you can just reinstall by uninstalling it via ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS from the Control Panel.
