Apply filter to entire project / Change Project speed

I have multi clips on the VideoStudio Pro X4, Timeline. How do you apply a Filter (ex: sharpen) to all the clips at once? So far the only way I've been able to do it is to apply a Filter to one of the clips, then choose "Copy Attibutes", do Control+A to select all of the clips and then do "Paste Attributes".

Also, how do you change the playback speed (that will be saved with the video) for the entire Project. For example, I want - all - clips played back at 60% speed.

After reading tutorials and doing Web searches for VideoStudio, I see all kinds of information on how to apply changes (Filters, Playback, etc) to - individual clips - but little help on applying changes to an entire Project made up of multi clips.

(But VideoStudio still looks like a great program).

Advice would be appreciated.
