Video Studio Money back

Post by Colin66 »

Does anybody know the best way to get my money back. I have been trying to put chapters in my projects for quite some time and have just read from the forum that these products are flawed regarding chapters. The company is continuing to sell the product despite the publicised flaws so I will be making a claim under "Fair Trading" regardless of what their terms and conditions may say. I just wish I had read the forum comments before I forked out my money. I would have saved a heck of a lot of time. I never had this problem with the old Ulead programs.

Don't know about the "best" way - the only way I know is to contact Corel customer support - try starting here :-

I think I may have to do the same because I'm going to fail my video design course because of this flawed software. This is rediculous.
