Hi,
I have a new pioneer DVR-109BK drive in a USB external case, with a DVD+R disc and MF 2. I installed patch 2.1, runing W2k. When the program burns the actual DVD, it stops at about 25% mark and pops up an error with the following error code:
DVD+R-SPTI-2A-02-06-29-00
Has anyone seen this? Drive capable of 16x, it picked 12x, I tried a lower (8x) burn rate, but same problem
At work I used MF5, on XP Pro, with a Pio DVD burner (IDE) with no problems.... The movie file is MPEG2 created by PVR-350.
Thanks.
Problem burning MPEG2 to DVD w/MF2

You have an old patch. You need the latest Burning pack, PLUGIN_Patch_E_030815 date of release 2003/08/15. It's available on ulead's support site. It self installs after you download it. If you have a DL capable drive then you will need the new burning engine, ULCDRDrv.dll version 3.4.6.153 date of release 2004/07/27. You get it from the same site as the Burning Pack update. The ULCDRDrv file does not self install, however. You must extract the zip file to the same location as your present ULCDRDrv.dll file a simple file search will accomplish this.
