export problem

Sir,
I installed motion studio in my machine and faced a problem during exporting to .3ds format of my created model. Though in case of smaller model there will be no problem. But when I create a big complex design and want to render it to .3ds format then a error shows like this.
"The programm has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning. Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump file for analysis.
C:/users/suman/appdata/local/temp/mstudio_1.0.00.252_20111223_08 12118 DMP

Kindly solve my problem.
