I'm using a 3D Samsung tv as monitor for my htpc. It has an Ati HD6450 graphics card which is able to do hdmi 1.4 (3d amongst others). I'm trying to view 3d blurays with windvd 2010 pro.
After my first attempt I had no 3D options. This is resolved by the suggestions on this board by updating the software. I'm now running SP6, I've now got the option for 3D, but no options for selecting which type of 3D I want to use. I want to be able to use side-by-side or interlaced? How do I accomplish that? When I select 3D in a BluRay (in my case Drive Angry), I just get the normal 2D images. 3D tv watching (also recorded shows) is possible. Where is the option to select side-by-side?

Re: WinDVD 2010 Pro + samsung 3d led-tv no 3d?
Very nice.... Restarted the pc, windvd now crashes whenever a Bluray is inserted. Found the setting for the 3d format, just disable the win7 check... Anyone any suggestion what can be the problem? Can't find any obvious errors or logs.
