Error saving in JPG format

Error saving in JPG format
I made some changes to a photo and when I went to save the changed photo(save as) in JPG format I get an error writing file to drive, no explanation and it wiped out my original photo on the drive. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've had some issues trying to save a jpeg in X4, but it usually resulted in just cancelling the save and retrying.

We need more info. Do you have SP1 installed?
