unable to install Corel Video Studio Pro X4

at first: sorry for my bad english, but I do'nt find in this matter a German Corel Forum.

I own this fully registered program, which was deinstalled by me as for a crash of one drive in my PC. Now I tried again to install this program (Download-Version) without success. As I bougth it in March 2011 Corel support is not valid any longer.
The mistake within installation-process reads: "cannot find the following file: Corel VideoStudio Pro X4\14.0.0.001\Lang\DE\Custom\Init.htm". After this the installation-process corrupted without further notice.
What shall I do under these circumstances? Before drive-crash I used this program at my best satisfaction.

You may need to redownload the installer for VS X4 either from the original order email or from your corel.com. http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... d-My-Order
