I recently installed VSX4 on my desktop and also on my laptop. They both have a fullhd display and are set to 1920x1080, and run under up to date Vista 32bit OS. On the two computers I have VSX4 SP2 installed, both have the same (fullHD) footage loaded into the library, all other setting are the same. Can someone tell me why the preview window canvas defaults to 16:9 on my desktop and defaults to 4:3 with black top and bottom bars on my laptop? Thanks for any advise
P.S. I think (not sure) this issue started after I played around for a short time with the extended display mode on my laptop (preview window on my desktop display).
