Please help me get started
Just today bought Corel VideoStudio Pro X4...I am attempting to Capture (Import from Digital Media) (thumb drive) a .MOV movie file....I find the drive, I find the file and I highlight it by clicking on it but then the "Start Import" button is not activated and I cannot import the file.....please help. Yes I am registered.

Ah - - - the import from digital media option is for importing from a DVD - you need to use the 'insert' option
RIGHT click over the timeline and from the pop up choose "Insert Video" - then browse to your .mov file and click 'open' in the browse box - after a few seconds the video should appear in your timeline.
If you have any problems browsing to the thumb drive try copying the .mov to a folder on your hard drive first using Windows Explorer or 'My Computer' then insert from there.
