paintshop pro x3 not responding

Can someone advise me what to do with the following problem?

Yesterday I installed Paintshoppro x3 on my laptop and installed the 5 patches/updates after that, but it keeps freezing every 2 seconds so I can't do anything with it. It's a legal copy so I think it's a shame its not working as it should do. My other laptop (exactly the same one as this one) had absolutely no problems with it.

Edit - - - Just downloaded the trial version of x4 and that freezes too. What's going on

The problem can be caused by any of the following.

- Conflicting software,
- Damaged installation/installer.
- Virus on your computer

Better call the Corel Support, so that they can further isolate the problem.
