non english language support in VideoStudio 9

Hi,

I have been asked by my friend to evaluate Video Studio 9 to see if it fits a class of students for teaching some digital video stuff..

VS9 looks really great, easy to use, and it works well..
with 1 problem..

I'm trying to add some text inside the video, but all I get is some latin letters instead of hebrew and/or arabic.

I have tried to change fonts - doesn't help.
I have even tried to put the text inside a JPG file, but it really looks horrible when I play the video + the JPG with the text (yes, I also tried PNG and BMP).

Does anyone knows when ULEAD is going to do something about it? any suggestions?

I have seen someone mention there was a workaround in the old forum. Unfortunately, the old forum is inaccessible.

Any help please?
