Re: Missing parts?
Hi
You don’t say what make of capture device, we have had problems in the past with Easycap/Ezcap
Normally supplied with VS 10 SE
If that name is familiar then read the stick post at the top of the Video Studio forum
You could download the trial version of VS X4 from corel. that would give you 30 days.
This would be the basic version without the extra contents.
Dont suppose that would help if the tracking lines are created in the capture device.
I think you would have to un-install the Essential version first.
Good luck

After looking at that thread, its a similiar device, made by RayGo. They actually have a tech support number but they dont seem too knowledgable about this.BrianCee wrote:is it an easycap or ezcap or similar ? - if so have you read this topic : - http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=40286

I tried a few suggestions but the bar is still there.

Just adding to what have been discussed here. If you have the disc installer, then you should wait and let the autorun application launch in order to see the installation splash screen. From there you should be able to see the BONUS CONTENT section.
Here's a screen shot of the installation splash screen.
