I see how to do bold, italics, and underline... but how do I set strikethrough?

You cannot set strike through, but there is a work around. make sure you have 'multiple titles' set in the attributes box - double click in the preview window and type your text. Now double click again in a blank area of the preview window and type a line using the shifted hyphen key like so "______________________" . Click once in a blank area of the preview window and when the yellow boxes appear around your line place the cursor over it ,left click and hold while you move the line over your text.
