Error message in VS9

Hi

I downloaded the image captured from Samsung MiniDV camcorder to VS9. It got saved as mpg file. When I did the editing and tried to make video file before burning on to disc.

When it completed 65% of rendering I got an error message -

" The instruction at 0x7c929ae22 referenced memory at ox9d08cc3c. the memories could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program".[/b]
I quit the program and started all over again after restarting my computer.

The project properties read:
NTSC 29.97 fps
mpg file
24 bits 720x480
lower field first
dvd 4:3

Please let me what these error mesage means and where I could have done any mistake.
