You're probably going to have this same issue with any of the current bluray players. Since nobody else is answering- I have two suggestions to get around this:
1) use a magnifier -- I have to use one frequently to read fine print. I hate the native windows one-- so I run one called "Magical Glass" and it works great because you can customize a hot-key, and customize the dimensions of the area magnified as well as the amount of magnification. This tool would probably help you in many other situations too

2) In addition to 1, lookup in the help how to do the keyboard shortcuts for the main functions you need - like Space for play/pause, etc. Once you drill into their help, it's actually a web form so it should pay attention to your dpi settings.
If you're interested in Magical Glass I found it at freestone-group.com and it is free - with no adds. Wonderful stuff and saved me a bunch of times.
I wish I could do more for you -- and I wish Corel would respond. I did create a ticket recently and also had the same failure you had - there's some tricky fields in their web form you have to pay attention to or it fails. Good luck! I think once you get around this interface issue, you'll be glad you bought Windvd Pro 11 -- it's been the least buggy of all the major BD playback packages out there (for me that is).
