I'm afraid you cannot test these with the trial version of X4. They are expensive extras thrown into the Ultimate package by Corel, and not available with either the ordinary Pro or trial versions.

You can download trial versions of Prodad Mercalli and Boris Graffiti for Corel from www.prodad.de and www.borisfx.com. You have 15 days to try Boris Graffiti. I'm not sure about the trial period for Mercalli.
After purchasing the full version of VideoStudio, you will need to uninstall everything including Videostudio, then install the full version of Videostudio. If you don't uninstall the Mercalli trial, for example, you may have problems with the FX that comes with VideoStudio Ultimate.
