share in 1024x768 mp4?

is there a way to share "create final video" in 1024x768 mp4 h264?

because my source video is in 1024x768. i can create final video in 640x480 but quality is lower.
and when i create final video in 1280x720 or in 1920 x 1080.(presets of MPEG-4 in videostudio x4), i always get black borders on sides and ALSO under and above.
so i need help please. ty

Hi

Using Settings -- Make Movie Templates Manager create a template
There should be a few options that support these sizes, however you will have to use User Defined sizes.

Ok—Make Movie Manager
New
Quicktine Movie Files
Compression tab to Mpeg 4 Visual
General Tab—set the frame size (User Define)
Set frame rates to match the original

As you are seeing black borders, try disabling Non Square Pixel Rendering from the save window Options button
Unfortunately 1024 x 768 is not 16:9 ratio

my make movie manager is all grey, video screen is black theres nothing..
i cant click anyway but next and close.
if i click next it ask to "sweep" or capture, (if i translate well mine is french), before go to next page.

maybe its because bad installation?
or maybe its because i have no camera plugged in my computer?

hmmm...
i just realized i have NO Make Movie Manager menu in tools menu at all.

i have just 3 menus in tools:
videostudio dvtodvd wizard
create disc
images creator (something like this)

Make Movie Template Manager is in fact under Settings, not Tools, as Trevor already stated above.
