Trouble Adding audio to A DVD Slideshow

MF3 I am having trouble adding background music to a DVD slideshow. When I try to add the music file a get an error that reads. "unable to open file [c:\documents and settings\owner\mydocuments\my music
Error when opening file [131077:2:3]. The file I am trying to add is a Windows Media Audio File...just like the generic ones in the program. Help?
