Crash During Transcoding of QuickTime Files

Good day all. I have a project developed with a number of menus and various video clips, some MPEG, most QuickTime. I originally tried to do this project in MyDVD (and it did burn the discs), but due to some idiotic design elements of that program, I switched to DVD Workshop which provides much more flexibility. The problem is that when I try to make an image of the disc, the program is crashing during the transcoding phase. The file it is crashing on is one of the QuickTime clips. I can play the file fine and MyDVD had no problems with it. Can anyone help me out here? This project took many hours to make and I really need to be able to burn it. Thanks!
