Hello,
I'm exporting Tiff Prophoto files from Lightroom into PSPX4 for further processing. The images are 1 to 2 stops under exposed when compared to Lightroom's image.I have selected PSPX4 color profile to match LR export color space. I have tried exporting the Tiffs as sRGB and adode1998 and still the images are under exposed. I have little knowledge about color management and have searched around the web for possible answers, but no luck. Hopefully, help will be found here.

To learn more about the Advanced Color features of PSP X4, you can visit http://pnoy.me/i1.
Have you tried and just use PSP X4 to open the photo directly from the camera or the device where the photo came from? Can you tell us if the same thing happens?

Re: X4 Color Space
Did you turn on Color management and set correct monitor profile? My experience is, if the monitor profile is not selected or color management is not on, the image data will not be correct.

Re: X4 Color Space
Thanks for the suggestions,
Abiel
I have read the the material on Advanced Color features for PSPX4.I import all photos into Lightroom and then export if further processing is need. As a side note, if I export from Lightroom to PSPX4 and then open Topaz Adjust 5 the images in Lightroom and Topaz Adjust have the same exposure, with PSPX4 still a stop darker???? Lightroom export to PSE9 shows no different in exposure. Thanks for the info.
alexhuang888,
I have checked and the setting you mention are set correctly. I'm going to try all the available setting in the color management and color space tabs of PSPX4. Hopefully I will stumble onto something, if not I will continue to search web for a solution to this problem.

Re: X4 Color Space
Been trying to email Corel support with this issue, but continue to get Case Creation Fail. I have searched all the forums and web locations,I can think of for help or information regard my issue. I have tried 4 times to open a case for this and the other problem with file associations. Cannot clear association from within PSP. I would appear the file association thing is software related.
Any information in regards to the above issues would be great,
Thanks and enjoy your Thanksgiving,
