Problem with somes filters transition

I have Pro X4 ultimate. Sommes filters transition 3 D like cube floating don't work. I have reinstall many time but the result is the same. The others filters are OK.

Before I had Pro X3 et Pro X4 and it was OK.

That's curious. I also have X4 Ultimate, and I just tested all 15 of the 3D transitions, and all worked just fine, including the Flying Cube. It is even more curious if it used to work in X4 Pro since as far as I am aware, X4 Pro and Ultimate are exactly the same, but the Ultimate edition has the Mercalli anti-shake filter and the Boris title plug-in thrown in.

Can you tell us a little more about your project? How long is it, and where in the project are you trying to use the flying cube? Importanly, what format is it in? I notice you don't give us much information about your computer, even though in the registration process we recommend that you download the free Belarc program which will provide all that information when it analyses your computer. But I see that it is a laptop.

Often, on my main editing computer, which you will see is a Quad 6600, when I am editing a high definition project, when I am previewing it, some of the more complex transitions like the flying cube, do not appear to work in project playback. This is because the computer is already working very hard to play back a relatively complex project in a demanding format. But when I render the project to a new file, and play the new file, I find that in fact the transition has worked just fine.

Have you tried that?

My project is 1h 32 minutes long. I try the filter transition in the begining of the film. The video is h264 24 bits 1920* 1080 . i have try to render a small part of my video with floating cube ( 40s econd) and i don't see the transition. The picture is frozen instead to see the cube.

Is it possible to download only the bad flter ? and where is it possible ?

If it is a bad filter, then you may need to reinstall the VS X4 Ult program. But before doing that, you may want to check if you have an updated directx, also when was the last time this filter was working?

Hello, I have already downloaded pro x4 ultimate three times and install ultimate pro x4 ultimate 5 times. Every time I cleaned the registry. I have the latest version of Direct X. Transitions "flying" do not work ( never work with pro x4 ultimate) but other transitions 3 D work well.
