Upgrade X4 to X4 ultimate

Post by hognut »

Is there a way to upgrade to X4 Ultimate? I purchased what I thought was the ultimate version but got the standard X4. I am not sure what I did wrong. I looked and searched the FAQ but did not see anything. Thank you. Gary

Hi Gary, and welcome to the forums. If you bought the program from the Corel store, they have a 30 day refund policy. Either way, I think you need to contact the Corel sales team and explain your problem.

Calling the Sales Team is your best action... if you're in the US you can call them at 1-877-582-6735 the office hours is Mon - Thu (24 hours), Fri (until 7 PM EST). Just tell them you purchased the wrong product and they'll be able to change it the correct one.

Thank you both for the information. I talked to a customer service rep and she said she would check to see what can be done and contact me. So far I have not received a reply, but should this week.

I bought x4 pro a few months ago, to run on a year-old 64bit windows 7 pc w/i7 chipset, plenty of RAM, etc., as advised on this forum. I've tried using it a few times with 1080/60p shot on my panasonic hdc 700, lots of crashing is the result. Will upgrading to Ultimate help? I'm shooting video of an opera on 2 cameras and plan to edit soon.
