I've tried searching for an answer to this here and I'm hitting a brick wall. I was messing around in PSP X4 and somehow managed to mess up my toolbars. Specifically, the STANDARD toolbar now has no images. I've uploaded a screen capture to show you what that looks like.
I tried resetting the Toolbar under VIEW>CUSTOMIZE>TOOLBAR>STANDARD>RESET, but no joy.
When I try to enable IMAGES on the BUTTON APPEARANCE menu, the images option is grayed out. I've uploaded a screen capture of that, too.
Could I have deleted a folder or something?
Thanks for any/all help!

Re: Missing Toolbar Icons
Have you tried resetting the whole program to its default state? Before you open it, hold down the Shift button and then double click on the PSP icon on your desktop. A dialogue box will appear asking if you want to reset the program. Accept that.

Re: Missing Toolbar Icons
Can they expanded by holding down the left button and dragging them out to the right?
Re: Missing Toolbar Icons
In case this thread shows up in a search -- none of those options worked. I ended up reinstalling X4. It appears that I somehow corrupted or deleted the actual icons that were on those menu items.
Wish I had better news than a complete reinstall.

Re: Missing Toolbar Icons
Once you have the workspace set up as you want, Save the workspace. Then play around and if another one suits save it. I have about 5 workspaces saved.
Also make a copy of the workspacs folder in case you have to do a reset.
