missing templates vs9 upgrade

I have been installing and uninstalling to try to get this to work, the upgrade cd works, but the Bonus cd with the other templates that I need will not install or I have fudged around it and it is still not installing properly. I saw someone else had the same problem and there was a web site to download a patch for the Smart Track, and that took 2 hours to download and I have DSL, but they still did not work..what am I doing or not doing right or wrong? HELP, I need this software, as i am putting together a wedding dvd, so Ineed this fast..help me.... Thank you
