I removed PSPPX3 and reinstalled it. It of course wiped out my Plug In folder. I followed instruction to use the add/remove Win applet and it will not remove KPT. I wiped it out from the Win XP registry but still no go on running the install.exe PSPPX3-KPT01.exe file as it states it is already installed.
I checked the Install shield folders but could not find anything relating to KPT at least in all of the setup.ini files.
Does anyone know where that folder is or whatever is needed so the installer does not think it is still installed?
In addition, where is the service pack-PSPPP X3 version table. I have all of the service packs and I need to know what the pack 3 version number is that shows up in help/about.
Any other suggestions?

Here you can get the patches..http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index. ... pid=400019
Just reinstall the KPT collection like you they are meant to be in languages EN plugins..
but when you look they aren't there even though you have them installed..
Cheers

Re: PSPPX3 - reinstalling KPT after reinstalling PSPPX3
A word of caution, I reinstalled X3 then installed the latest patch thinking they were accumulative. They are not. After that the KPT filters would never install (it's already installed) and the program continually asks to install it, of which it can't, but it wants too, until you want too, then it can't, but it says it can. I don't know if the issues are related (patches out of order and KPT not installing), but at any rate do yourself a favor and install the patches yourself in order 1-5.
Regards, Dan

Re: PSPPX3 - reinstalling KPT after reinstalling PSPPX3
I went through patches 1 thru 4.
What I did was go to a backup disk I frequently make, an image, and redo the registry search, etc, copy as exports the related information for KPT, Corel, etc., go back to main mode, and everything worked.
When i uninstalled X3, I elected the option to keep user information. I then reinstalled it going through the patches but and all worked except for the KPT reinstall.
Anyway exporting from the backup disk (in safe mode) the registry entries and importing them to the working disk straightened these things out.
