PI10 Troubles

Hi I am a new user to this forum and I m hoping that someone can solve my dilemma.
I have just install PI10 and now I am unable to open prog. Get error message
I have loaded twice both different, straight from disc and also saving to hard drive then installing, all to no avail. On both occassions, I have disabled Internet conn, antivirus and all other progs that run in the background

What's the error message you get when you try to run it. Also, specs on your computer would be useful too.
